If not paid by May 9 an additional $5 will be charged each week that you are late.

We will play 16 weeks of competition and 1 week of fun night and 1 HOLIDAY week for a total of 18 weeks.

League play shall start May 2, 2024 and end August 29, 2024.  Our tee times start at 4:00pm and the last one is 5:12pm.  There is a total of 20 points available each week.

 

We will not play the first week of in observance of July 4. This has been a tradition since inception of league 24 years ago.

 

GOLF FEES

$19 for green fees and $10 for cart = $29.00

We will be paying weekly starting this year.

 

 

 

WEEKLY EVENTS AND AWARDS

We will have a par 3 VOLUNTARY CONTEST WEEKLY in addition to our regular weekly event.

When playing FRONT put $1 in BOX at front desk and sign IN on sign up sheet.

When playing BACK put $2 in BOX at front desk and sign IN on sign up sheet.

You must be on the green on your tee shot in order to be eligible to put your name on the proxy

 

You must play a minimum of 13 weeks to be eligible for the Low Putt Average award.

Subs are not eligible for event money but may participate in the PAR 3 contest.

We will use WINTER RULES of play, you may fluff in fairway, but not in rough.

 

TEES

Ladies that are 65 years old when the season starts may play from the green tees if desired.  If you use the GREEN tees on the first night you MUST play from those tees all season.

If you use the RED tees on the first night of season you MUST play from those tees all season.

YOU CANNOT ALTERNATE WHERE YOU TEE UP FROM WEEK TO WEEK

If your 4some is lagging give a pep talk to the group in speeding up their play. There really should never be an empty hole in front of your 4some

RAIN OUTS

Rain outs will be called by our weather girl, Kris Flotow.  Every effort will be made to notify all via a text message to by them 3:00.  We will also try to post on this website.  We will receive rain checks from the course whether we called off play, or the course did.  If you have a question about whether we are to play or not, call the course at 344-7211 and ask if league has been cancelled. IF THE TEMPERATURE IS LESS THAN 50 DEGREES WE WILL NOT PLAY

 

​ABSENT  PLAYERS

​We will do a RANDOM draw from golf cards on 1st nite to be used as a GHOST SUB for all season for when you may have a missing golfer. Anytime you cannot find a sub this score will be used.

 

GIMMIES!!!

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT GIMMIES ARE ENCOURAGED, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE NOT IN CONTENTION TO WIN THE HOLE.  WE ARE HERE FOR FUN AND IT KEEPS UPS THE SPEED OF PLAY  If the ball is within the leather of putter (THAT IS FROM THE END OF GRIP DOWN TO THE END OF PUTTER) give the putt to your opponent.  If your opponent doesn't say anything, do not be shy about asking. Use common sense of course if it means winning or losing the hole you may ask opponent to putt out.

 

MISCELLANEOUS

It is the player's option to leave the PIN in the hole when putting without incurring a penalty stroke.

 

Maximum time to look for a LOST ball is 3 MINUTES. If ball is not found take a drop in proximity to where you believe you lost it and add a stroke to your score.

If you have a doubt about finding the ball you have the option to play a provisional ball, in case you cannot find missing ball, but again add a stroke to your score.

 

Last night of golf shall be a 4 Person scramble, with your scheduled opponents becoming your teammates.
